I’m originally from the UK, and for the past decade I’ve been running a Business English school in Mexico City, working closely with professionals and teams from Fortune 500 companies. Over that time, one thing became clear. Companies don’t want textbook English. They want practical, relevant communication skills that help their teams perform better at work.

At the same time, I kept seeing a different reality on the teaching side. In Facebook groups and Reddit communities, ESL teachers were asking the same questions again and again. Where can I find better materials? More engaging topics? Lessons that feel modern, professional, and tailored to real business contexts? Many talented teachers were spending hours creating content from scratch, often without the tools or support they needed.

That gap is what led to The BE Hub.

We built it to give freelance teachers access to high-quality, ready-to-edit Business English lessons that are interactive, relevant, and easy to personalise. Materials designed not just to fill time, but to deliver real value to clients. Lessons that feel sharp, current, and aligned with what professionals actually need.
