Anne Haggerson, MST, Ph.D. (Curriculum & Instruction), is a Virtual Educator for the US State Department English Language Programs and currently works with pre-service teachers in Mexico on TOEFL prep and online ESL classes. In addition, she coaches TOEFL IBT students in speaking and writing, primarily using self-guided methods with asynchronous teacher support. Anne’s background in cultural anthropology and creative curriculum design helps her implement innovative methods in the online classroom
