Dominica Felici-Skal is a passionate, data-driven, lifelong learner in the field of leadership, assessment, intervention strategies, special education, and literacy for the past 20 years in urban, rural, and suburban public and private schools. Dominica just completed a 35-day excursion to Mallorca, Spain with The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) at Bellver International College to earn ESL credentials. She is working on her dissertation at Nova Southeastern University on the topic of literacy. Currently, Dominica is a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDT-C) and Response to Intervention (RTI) Reading Specialist on the Child Study Team at Anna C. Scott Elementary School in Leonia, New Jersey
