As the Founder of New Paradigm Education, Ian's work is focused on trying to drag the practice of teaching into the 21st century. There are so many out-dated practices which survive only because of the resistance to change. Modern education largely resembles a bewildered addict that simply doesn’t have the strength to prevent the harm being done. With 25 years of teaching experience, he's focused on trying as hard as he can to illicit an alternative approach to the student/teacher relationship.
