Sandy Millin has been to five IATEFL conferences and they are the highlight of her year every year. She has recently joined the IATEFL Membership Committee and hopes to spread the benefits she feels she has gained from the organization to as many people as possible. When she is not at conferences, she works as the Director of Studies at International House Bydgoszcz, and as a part-time freelance CELTA trainer
