Welcome to the official event page for the 1st Annual English Educators' EXTRAVAGANZA - Tokyo. This will be a day of workshops, discussions, and fun.

In addition to the serious stuff, you can look forward to a raffle, stamp rally, and several, "Vibe Times" throughout the day. The main event will be followed by a casual social in the same space so folks can socialize and connect more deeply.

About The venue

BPM Tokyo is a versatile event space and café located in Ikejiri Ohashi, Tokyo. Operated by NEW STANDARD Inc., it serves as a venue for various events, including product launches, webinars, live streams, exhibitions, and private gatherings.

BPM Tokyo is conveniently situated just a 3-minute walk from Ikejiri Ohashi Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, and one stop from Shibuya Station

The Event

  • LUNCH

    There are many places to grab a bite around the venue, including a convenience store directly next door.
  • SOCIAL

    There will be a casual social (¥2,000) after the event (~9:00pm) so folks can mingle and get to know community members better. There will be finger foods, soft drinks, wine, and coffee. Singing and laughter may break out. :)
  • Recordings

    Each presentation will be recorded and made available at a later date, so don't fret if you miss one. You can see it later!
  • Event Schedule & Presentations

    The main presentations will be held between 11:00AM to 6:00PM.
